Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Factory Reset & Secure

  Ensure all personal data is wiped and iCloud or Google accounts are removed from the device before securely placing it in its original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship the Device

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.

  Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3 to 5 business days.
